I'm unsure what you want from the workshop manual to help with this problem?

If you can't find a PDF on channel google, go to Subaru Technical Information System - Welcome pay for a 3 day subscription and download it.

Then upload it here

The one I have is about 300mb in size, don't know if you would want that hosted here for bandwidth reasons.
Unfortunately I won't be in town for the cruise due to work. Any chance you could upload it to somewhere like mediafire or similar?

It'd be nice to have to refer to when trying to troubleshoot/fix stuff. Never hurts to learn a bit about your vehicle.

imo service manual will not fix this issue, you need to read and clear the code then get the car tuned asap
