I would be 90% sure this is a P0420, Cat converter out of spec, which comes from the O2 sensor in front of the Cat. It's a simple thing to tune out, and even easier to just turn off the check for it in the ECU if you have tuning tools.
I am pretty sure someone on here would have a Tactrix Cable, OpenECU and RomRaider and live a bit closer than me.
