It is $88us in the states and approx $220 here. I think I will try a dampener that I have here and run it in combination with the sard FPR. Here is mine.

And here is the look that I am going for.

Got a fuel dampener sorted and the routing worked out. I may try without the dampener later on down the track and see if it is required. Sounds like the balance pipe may be responsible for some of the resonance or pulsing issues.

Due to a delay in the compressor housing being available my engine install will be pushed back a couple of weeks.

Target is 400whp. Will be interesting to see if I am dreaming or not. Will be a bit of a challenge on 98.

Another question for all those that have changed turbos... How do you modify your oil supply lines from the heads so that the turbo oil line doesn't bounce and over time break the factory hard line near the reinforcing bar?

No issues with any suggestions. So long as they are all given in good faith then that is what we are here to do...help each other.

If you think that is a lot of sealant you should crack open an FA engine from the factory. They must come with a two for one deal on sealant.

I've always remembered this because my first build thread I took a similar picture with a similar amount of sealant and was flooded by pm's from numerous engine builders saying the same thing I have here. As long as you're aware mate.

Obviously I'm new here so I have no idea if this is your 1st engine or your 1000th so I thought I'd mention it. Personally I think that's too much and yes this was all in good faith

I was going to post the same thing, that much sealer is just asking for a blocked oil pickup screen.

These showed up today. Good to have something to help wait away the next few weeks.
