I think if the neighbours had the balls to handle the matter in the proper manner instead of a gutless letter then Ross being a good neighbour should take into consideration their concerns.

The fact that it was done via a letter with no name. I say fuk them they don't deserve his respect as they showed him none. Close your back door if it's that bad! People like that shit me!

If I've ever had an issue I always speak to the person in an amicable manner.

Yup I agree. Actually we did get a letter from our council a few weeks back. One of out front garden beds has pea gravel in it and some of occasionally spills into the road. Our neighbours phoned the council and we were told to remove the gravel because it can't be within how ever many feet of the road. So I know all about whiney neighbours.

Looking silly is a standard thing with me. Anyone expecting better is often let down.

Heres how you break it down.

Spineless whingey bitch neighbour makes a complaint, but is so pathetic and gutless about it they dont even leave their name. The only people who do that are those who know what they are saying is bullshit anyhow.

Ross seems like he is doing the right thing here, unless he is lying and really pulling the wool over our eyes he is in the right. He has the right to live where he chooses, he has the right to own the car he chooses, he has also gone out his way to ensure its legal. My shitbox was over 100db and I gave no fark for neighbours, and Im sure tons of us dont.

Telling him he needs to ammend what he is doing simply because someone doesnt like it when he clearly isnt doing much if anything wrong at all is a shit attitude. Its why this world is turning into a bunch of pussies.

Seriously, neighbour should have come over, excused themself, explained themself, and attempted to resolve it like a normal person.

Hiding behind a piece of paper deserves a response like the win given.
