Dunno much about vivid, but if you're fed up with them and want to be contract-free, try iinet. I've been with them since '09 at Baldivis and now back near Mandurah and they're support staff are great and I've always had very good speed/coverage too.

Vivid is a waste of time. I set it up at my GF's house; the speeds are terrible and the wireless routers they send you don't cover a moderate sized house.

I have Vivid, and had it in Scarborough, Wangara and Heathridge.. in all 3 sites the internet was awesome. good speeds (around 10Mb down) and being unlimited its awesome for my TV downloads etc.

The customer service is fcuking awful, so hope to god you never have a problem (having said that I have been with them since they started in WA and never had an issue). It's worth noting, i've had there Vivifi, USB and home gateway products.. and the home gateway is by far the best thing to get if you don't need it to be mobile.

i have the gateway in wembley and can't complain, speed is decent and never had an issue with drop outs

we've been with Vivid now for a while and basically had no issues what so ever, we use a usb dongal. in regards to the customer service i thought they were great! few times we have rung them they have been really helpful and actually speak english as a first language! cant complain at all.
