Masters had bags for $10-15 on Saturday. Not sure how much you need but I didn't think the pricing was too bad.

Thanks MadDocker - I'll have a look at that. I'm currently using charcoal and soaking the BBQG chips, so will keep experimenting. Cheers!

Well i got hold of some apple wood from the states so i cant wait to do some apple smoked bacon,

but in the mean time

Ok, so the second BBQ is complete!

how much really depends, are we eating these ribs and brisket in a restaurant or in your backyard ?

LOL check out my favorite bar-b-que rib joint in the USA...their menu will give you and idea on the prices they charge in the USA...double it for Australia I reckon
