Yeah theres plenty out there. Personally I like the Cell Biology range, you can get it through www.completesuppshop.com.au or http://webstore.cellbiology.com.au/

They sponsor a few of the best Australian bodybuilders.

Good. Timed carb isnt about skipping meals, but it probably wouldnt be good for a diabetic regardless. Plus if your just trying to loose weight, not hold onto muscle, there are better ways to do it anyways.

Yup, heard some good things about Cell Biology.

A favourite with many is the Muscletech range, but some say its overpriced..

I prefer to use ISS Whey Matrix, it tastes good too..

Pro Rated was good when I was taking protein.

I'm getting back into it now. Need a training partner @ Flex if anyone is keen. 4/5 days a week before or after work. PM me if interested. No time wasters. Need a RELIABLE partner.

TJ, It's all about food.

Sounds simple, because it is. One simply has to decrease ones energy intake and any excess fat WILL be consumed.

I'm not very good at it unfortunately but have seen sucess in short stints.

I have managed to throw 2kg a week with 20mins of cardio a day over a 4 week period in the past.

diet consisted of:

2 weetbix for brekky, 1 poached egg on vegimite toast, 1 glass of OJ

Tuna/salamon with lettuce and carrot for lunch, about 300gms total.

Grilled fish plus any ammount of green vegies.

All the water, coffee, tea you want but with skim milk and no sugar.

If you eat this and NOTHING else for a month I garentee you will lose at least 10kgs straight up.

I'll eat a mixture of carbs and protein throughout the day.

If I eat carbs for breakfast, I have protein at lunch, and normally both at dinner time.

My serves of carbs are always fairly small, but I've totally gone off the no carbs all protein diet, because I've found out that its not exactly good for your body, especially eating animal based proteins all the time, which increases your cholesterol...too much protein ruins your liver over time as well (ask me how I know!!). A balance of both fits MY needs better, but as I said, everyone is different.

When I eat carbs, I eat multigrain bread where I can, because its low GI and I dont feel as hungry as when I eat white bread.

In between the main meals, my "meals" include nuts, low fat yoghurt and protein shake, or a combination of any (depending how hungry I get).

I also try not to go crazy with fruit, because some fruit are pure carbs.

I have used Muscletech which is awesome, so is AST Sport Science (I think that is what it is called)!

Supplementing with Creatine and Tribulus is also well worth it (depending on what you want from going to the gym), not at the same time though.

I usually go 4 weeks of creatine and in the last week of creatine I start taking tribulus. So when I stop the creatine the tribulus has built up sufficiently in my system. I then do that for 4 weeks and then swap again. This works for ME, but different combinations might work better for others.

Try www.bodybuilding.com heaps of good articles and nutrition info on there.
