Starving yourself leads to your body burning muscle as fuel, leading to a reduction in your metabolism.

Once you start eating normally again, your body goes into damage control and holds onto as much of that food as it can i.e. fat. Because of your depleted metabolism, you put the weight back on, and its harder to lose than before

TJ no offence but you've been saying that for as long as I've known you. Get your shit together.

I found a good way to cut out out fat with barely any muscle loss is to go on a timed carb diet. Worked to get me from 87 down to 77 kg. But don't expect to put on muscle when your trying to loose fat. Basically to only have carbs post workout, and on one day a week.

PS Adrenalin, Redback is the shittest protein I think you could buy!!

qwell taste wise its fine, wot about quality wise? seemd orrite compared to other i was looking at, but if you can recomend a better one tell me and ill give it a go.
