Mmmm I dunno about the whole not stretching before training thing..

I stretch yeah, but I dont sit there for 30 mins stretching. I'll do a few quick stretches just to "limber up"...prob all of about 30 seconds.

I do feel that there is benefit in doing that, no matter what research has been done.

yeah I do think you should warm up first before you do excercise but I think that stretching your muscles when they are cold might not be the best.

when overseas when on a crazy soup once a day diet with 2 hr gym session per day,

i did loose 40kg in 3 months, but i was anaemic and had lost almost all my muscle.

wouldn't reccommend it, what i can say is that after returning to eating normal amounts of food my metabolism was working so well that i would loose weight without even trying.

advise: if you start something stick to it something chronic for the 1st month or so and then your newly trained your metabolism.

since we are on p wrx think of it as giiving your fat buring ECU a really good tune.

Good work TJ, keep it up champ.

I started my new programme today so we'll see if I can have some equally satisfying results.

im goign the opposite, trying to put on wieght lol. ive noticed for me its hard to put on weight, but i have gotten alot stronger, been going for nearly 6 months, i was 74kg when i startd and im now nearly 77kg, just abit under. So i havent really put on too much wieght. i wanna get to 82-83kg. But def happy about the gain in my strength though, was soo weak before, starting out i could barley bench 55, now im up to 100. Feel so much better too.

To anyone starting its well worth it! just gotta keep the motorvation, once ya start going for a while you get into it.

Not too happy with the progress though, lack of cardio means it's kinda loose, too much bodyfat, gotta start running again soon if only my knee would heal.

ITBS is a bitch.

How's everything going in the land of the free?
Good stuff. Its all going well, spent the weekend partying in South Beach, Miami. Most of my calories are found from alcohol now days but so that doenst help
