haha

Honestly guys, check out http://www.bodybuilding.com/ - There's masses of information.

More so than work out programs, look into your diet. That is the most important part.

Basically, cut your carbs, get your protein up and keep fat to a minimum. Try for a 40/40/20 (Protein/Carbs/Fat) split with your eating. Keep to good fats like efa's. NOT BAD FATS!

MAKE SURE YOU DRINK WATER!

Well its been a month since i got stuck into things

I havnt touched fast food asides from subway in a month.

The worst thing ive eaten was one slice of cake for a birthday.

Excerising nearly every day, maybe missed 5 in a month. Mostly one plus hour walks, but also basketball for two odd hours at a time, and even a crack at jaccobs ladder, which i did twice non stop in bloody dress shoes after a dare! (and i payed for it body wise haha!)

Avoiding as much bad food as i can, increased fruit and vegetable intake.

Refuse to weigh myself, but its always good when ppl comment that I look thinner, and you need to put a new hole in your belt. So I'll keep going
