It's a simple request to show your appreciation to those (like Stacey, Jester, Doug, Pigsti, Mao, myself & others) who take the time to compile & post useful information/diy's/tuning/ecu info etc or edit/publish your cruise vids or provide you all with PWRX merchanise for the masses to access....... A bit of feedback isn't too much to ask for is it?.....I mean you'd like some input from these people from time to time too right?
And if someone doesn't mention how/why/when to leave feedback the no one will utilise it. I don't see drawing peoples attention to the function as an issue, I'm going to be adding the same info to other people's threads too, I just did mine first.

rep left ross!! just a question, do you still have an organic clutch plate in or a h/duty installed?

It's a HD organic with +40% clamp load..... It doesn't slip on the street only on the dyno.
P.s cheers for the rep!

Would that then mean that the resistance on the dyno is incorrectly set as per the normal/average amount of resistance on a typical strip of level road.
Im sure there is a more technical way to explain that.

Quote:
It is slower to Ramp up on the dyno v's the speed that the car actually accelerates on the road, so the dyno holds the motor at any given rpm for a longer time that the driveline usually sees....Hence why my clutch slips on the dyno & not on the street. Shortening the ramp time to 4 or 5 seconds allowed the engine to pass peak torque quickly, it also slowed the turbo spool rate due to the low load & hence no slip but a graph that looks laggy. Dunno if that makes sense...It does to me?

dont forget a too shorter ramp time = low load, low heat, like accelerating down a hill.
trick is to do a nice long ramp (glow everything red), then a short one while the headers are hot.
