You did pull it out, clean it, put back in and pull out to get the reading?

(wow if you didn't know the topic was oil dipstick level, that could be pretty dirty )

Lol John, yes pulled it out.. Cleaned it, and shoved it back in to check. ...then pulled it out, put it in, pulled it out a bit, jammed it RIGHT in... Oh yeahhh.

The oil is way over full, it may be that simple (hopefully). The difference between the low and the full marks on the dipstick is approx 500ml, so its way over full. The chances of a more or less brand new WRX having a blown head gasket, or even worse corrosion in the heads is pretty slim.
It is more likely to be oil smoke then coolant.
But, of course, your best bet is taking it to a workshop.

It's not way overfull. Our oil jug is marked at 4.7 litres and only holds 5 litres maximum so it's certainly not way over. I would sugest that maybe Mitch has dipped the car hours after shutdown or the ground isn't level.
