so just got an update on the brake pads. after sitting in limbo for over 2 weeks at the ebay global shipping program depot. The tracking has updated, and now they are apparently getting returned to sender.

Buy something from GSL, you'll have it in three days if they have it in stock.

probably should have done that a couple of weeks ago when i realised i needed pads. I bought these ones because i was sure theyd be here in time. but appaerntly not if you use the gsp.

I shall buy another set today and see if they make it here for next month.

Well since i wasnt racing today, i thought id finally get around to mounting up some of my STi steering wheels. Made a mounting block out of an old pine pallet, then oiled it up. V1 Nardi STi. V3 Nardi STi. S202 Momo.

Heres my other wheels already mounted up. GRB/GVB STi, Hawkeye GDB STi, Peanut GDB STi.

Haha. In my lounge room i have a GRB Spec C drivers seat converted into an arm chair. Spec C makes the perfect choice for a lounge piece because it is damn sexy, and doesnt have airbags to remove.

its the exact same shape as all other grb/gvb. but the fabric is a special type not the same as standard sti etc. And there is no seat airbags, which i thought was pretty odd for car this new.

here it is when i got it. ill have to see if i can find a close up of the fabric.
