Just wondering if a p20 housing on a 34 would be laggier than a p18.

Bigger housing = more lag, so yes. But more flow, so more top end.

just spoke to Troy @ PSR. He is not stocking the vf34 anymore as they have had some problems with the bearing going at 18psi+ boost. one turbo that he mentioned i should get is the td05-20g which he can do for ~$1800.

http://cgi.ebay.com.au/SUBARU-IMPREZ...4.c0.m14.l1262

Bargain at $860 delivered with up pipe, gaskets, oil & coolant fittings etc.

just to update,

I have purchased a vf34 turbo with both a p18 and p20 housing (p20 is currently installed). Is it worth me keeping the P20 housing on? i know it will create more lag. Should recieve the turbo in a few weeks.
