Bro, I reckon you need to do half a dozen lessons to get into the swing of it with a trainer, go and see fag boy - I mean Burke, trains you like a pussy but at least your form is good and he'll give you some sound nutritional advice to boot.

Hmmm...here I go.
I eat clean. I don't eat junk food. Don't drink soft drinks and I wont touch alcohol during the week...unless it's been a REAL rough day and I think I deserved a beer.

I walk/run over 20km EVERY week day and I surf EVERY 2nd day. Make that EVERY day if the waves are plentiful.

I am up at 6am every day, regardless of weekday or weekend. Weekends are sometimes earlier as I like to be surfing before anyone else. If there are waves I'm in the water for about 8 hours solid. Really good on the exercise.

During a real bad drought of waves then I get my kick by rock climbing...and I don't mean that indoor crap.

Haha, you cry like a fucking baby. Mind you, you've come a long way from those girly girl 7kg dumbbells that you couldn't bench a while back.

Dave if your serious I can show you the ropes on a Saturday morning in the near future. Just pm me and we will sort it.

Have found the app 'myfitnesspal' incredibly useful in tracking what I eat. The food database is huge, and anything that you can't find can be entered in and saved. It even has a barcode scanner to just scan the code of what ever you eat.

As part of my mass/muscle gaining regime I have found it invaluable in learning portions etc, and how much I need to eat to maintain and build my physique. My diet demands 3400 calories per day, with guidelines for carbs, protein and fat intake as a percentage.

So far that app is helping me stick to this target, hopefully I see some quality gains together with new 4 day per week gym schedule.

Hmm 12kg in a month was abit ambitious haha, but I'm pleased with what I've done so far. I have lost 14kg in 4 months but It could be alot more as I still have a few benders/ binges in that time. What Im most pleased with is actually having my fitness back, Being jogging/ walking 8km 3 times a week with some wieght setions at the gym in the mix and BBall on a Tuesday night.

My goal weight is 77kg so have 9kg more to go and hope to lose that before the end of the year.

I managed 24.8kg in 2 months.

Put 2.4 back on in a week in Bali. Ate badly, and drunk so so so much.

Back into the gym tomorrow. Long road ahead.
