I see your in Armadale so RMS in carlisle are a lot closer , they have their own wheel alignment computer thingy and they specialise in wrx's so if anyone can get it right i'm sure they will....

Take it to someone that knows wrx's. It should have a 3.9 front and a 3.54 rear with 1.1:1 transfer gears. Just turning the wheels in the air won't give a true indication of drive between the front...

My advice is to get the guys at RMS to have a look, they seem to know of a common problem with these that sounds like a big end knock but is actually something else that costs far far less to fix....

Yeah go with the MSR if you want it rubbing on your steering coupling. That way you can really feel the dump pipe work. Had this problem myself and seen a few others.

If you bought it from a licensed dealer you might get somewhere with fair trading but if it was a private buy unfortunately you have to face that it's a 12 year old car so...
