If i remember correctly Sean was revving to around 8500 rpm or something like that.

Tino's car i was meaning his car is an example of a built motor, check the graphs.

i was just using it to highlight why people build motors, as good as a 207 is, there are better ways to build all round motors, obviously at a cost. But if all you want is a fast streeter and and a competitive car on the drag strip seems like you have a winning formula and perhaps YOU can tell us how far you can push a 207!

Check with your tuner. None of us can say if it is safe or not without knowing how your car is responding to it.

Hi and welcome. :-)

so, to actually answer your question...

A internally stock EJ207 Spec C block is a great motor, I use to have one in my old wrx.

I believe with the right supporting mods (cams will be needed, ask tuner what type/duration), 300kw atw day in, day out is definitely achievable. It wont explode after 10,000km either if its looked after and tuned correctly.

Rev limit. Ok, Ive heard that the spec C 207's are good for 8500rpms. do you know if it has cross drilled crank? If its the real deal then it should.
