pure blonde

You should try cuttin laps in a 25m pool. burn heaps more calories / hour - as your using all your body muscles. If your maintaining a constant speed per 100m - for around a 1 hour workout you'l burn roughly 900-1500 kcals, if ur burning 15-25 kcal / minute.

Had my final weigh-in .. Lost over 2KG's this week, lots and lots of time in the gym, over 7hours.

Started @ 93.5KG, now down to 84.1

Feeling awesome!

Gonna keep going and get to 80!

Good stuff man! Thats the same loss I did. I was 95 at my heaviest (when i started training) and went down to 81kg at my lowest (with a week of creatine) and have settled at 85 and trying to gain alot more muscle.
I finished my bulk this week and have started cutting. Also had a week of creatine and I'm going to pick up some superpump this week.
My cutting diet sucks in winter :S its not the same eating smoked salmon salads and shitloads of fruit in the freezing cold isntead of nice hot pastas and steak and potatoes
Come on sun please come back! I need WARMTH.

I loved my bulk. I ate shitloads, steak, potatoes, chicken, pasta 6 times a day decent serves and didn't put on any weight haha. Of course the gym was counteracting it and it was all healthy food but it was awesome. Sucks to be eating rabbit food again after that hahaha.

Just make sure you dont keep dieting so strictly now that youre towards you goal otherwise you'll just chuck fat on again, starting eating decent now and doing a good mix of cardio and weights 5 days a weeks and you'll bulk up a bit, keep losing fat and wont gain the fat all back on.

It takes a while longer to lose the fat but youll be doing it properly and its not like it matters if youre fatter in winter
