It's a GO car..... not a SHOW car....

It looks messy because there are hoses & lines hung up out of the way of the engine when it was removed....They all serve a purpose...Air con, power steering, starter cables, engine management etc

I can't see the point of re-routing/ hiding the wiring on a daily driven car.

There's a lot going on with the engine in situ & the last thing you'll notice is the harnesses.....

open your bonnet & have a look around lol!

It will be back to black soon.....Red coil pack is a hangover from the previous owner who had a thing for red paint......

It can be done, check out the Trainwrex - Engine Build Back thread. Though I don't see the point of doing it unless you're looking to go all out on the car. There are other areas you could spend the money on to get better results.

I did it and it only cost me my time, as no wires were cut in this process..

In saying that i have removed the aircon and few other bits and peices which do remove some of the bulkiness.

Everything was relocated in the passenger side gaurd...

But if you really want a clean job you have to get a proper motorsport wiring harness which does cost dollars... one day..

Looking good ross, agree with the dirty old coilpack.

Its a pity it takes a lot of effort to get our EJ engine bays looking pretty. Look at how much time and money Tino has put into his, and it still looks shit.
