Ive tried Noxplode and Superpump and Noxplode is by far the best, I also noticed a huge differance when training, but each to his own your better of trying these for yourself and seeing if you notice a differance.

Also NoXlode is a creatine.

Hows the fitness going guys? I am still (somehow) battling through it. Currently now under 80KG (finally). Big workout days now consisting of 1hr squash session, which is intense, followed by 5KM run and 30 mins of weights/crosstraining.

5 days a week at the moment, eating pretty well.

Starting to feel pretty fit now (and looking it!). Preparations continue for the half-marathon city-to-surf.

No its not. NO Xplode only has 1g of creatine in it. If you are taking it for the creatine in it you will need at least 3 scoops everytime. I would get a good quality CEE to go with it.

i would suggest creatine monohydrate cheaper and is proven.

i have tried many NO2 products and i can tell you not one of them made me perform better. its all in the mind. supplements i would be focusing on before buying a NO2 are the following:

Fish Oil (EFA)
Multi-vitamins
Protein/Mass Gain (Depending on your diet)
Creatine (Mono Recommended)
EAA's

Most of the other products will not provide any great results. At the end of the day your diet is far superior to any supplement you take. I would not be spending my money on NO2 products if you dont take the above.

The thing that I get from NoExplode is the hit of caffine! I think from memory with 3 scoops is 300mg. Could be wrong though

I haven't been using any of these supplements you guys are talking about, and (without blowing my own horn) have gone from 94Kg down to 79Kg just through continual hard work outs, variation and time of course.

What's the point in throwing these chems into your system? Over the last 6 months i have been absolutely nailing the cardio to lose weight, but now that i'm levelling out and beginning to look pretty fit, I am mixing cardio with weights much more.

What is the advantage/obsession with these supplements?

Figured - Anyone here doing much running at the moment? I'm training for a 22Km half-mara, but have been throwing a few quick 5Km runs in the mix.

Best i've done so far is 5Km'er in 24:40. Feels pretty tough. Anyone doing this around the 21minute mark?
