You should upgrade your dump pipe at the same time. Standard one will probably reduce your power by about 10 hp, but more importantly you'll hit full boost around 500rpm sooner with a 3 inch dump....

Your factory tune looks about right for an 07. Subaru completely fucked up the tune on 07's which makes them jerky to drive. My 07 xt was the same before I had a reflash.
